Wage & Hour Rights and Responsibilities
Wage Payment: Employee rights consist of:- Pay for all earnings earned (INFO # 3) at the rate consented to by the company and employee.

Statutes & Rules: DLSS imposes numerous of Colorado’s wage and hour and other kinds of labor statutes and labor rules, including the Colorado Wage Act, the Colorado Overtime and Minimum Pay Standards (” COMPS Order”), and the Equal Spend For Equal Work Act. Written Demands, Complaints, & Investigations
Demands & Complaints for Wages: If a company owes you salaries, you can send your employer a composed demand for payment of incomes by mail, employment email, text message, or other electronic means. A written demand employment may be sent to the employer at the same time a Labor Standards Complaint Form for unpaid earnings is filed with the Division. Employer Responses in Investigations: Once a complete Labor Standards Complaint Form is gotten and examined, a letter discussing the nature of the problem and the quantities alleged to be owed is sent out to the employer.
